Use /share to invite someone to view a project as a workspace guest.

How to use

  1. Type /share and press Space.
  2. Enter one or more email addresses, separated by spaces.
  3. Grapple sends an invite email with a link to the project.
Recipients who aren’t workspace members get guest access. Guests see only projects shared with them — not the full Data Library. You can also share from Settings → Share in the project editor.

Revoking access

Remove a guest’s access by revoking their share on the project or removing them from the workspace.
