Today we're launching Ask Grapple to make it even easier to build dashboards with AI. Ask Grapple is a /command interface that supports natural language, so you can build entire dashboards in seconds—without ever leaving your keyboard. No more hunting and pecking.

Ask Grapple can do things like:

• /filter apply a filter to your project like "who signed up last quarter"
• /bar create a bar chart like "sum pipeline per quarter per stage"
• /formula create a spreadsheet-style formula like "how long did it take to close each deal"
• /rollup create a calculation like "how long on average does it take to solve a ticket for each customer"
• /map join data across apps like connect Stripe to Hubspot or Salesforce

Most data tools are tedious and require a lot of pointing and clicking. Their UIs are often so compact and precise you wince to use them. If we're going to 10x the number of data experts inside every company, there can't be any wincing. Grapple needs to be both fast and easy to use.

Command palettes are great because they pack a lot of functionality, and they're deterministic. You know exactly what they're going to do. Conversely, natural language saves you from having to click a bunch of buttons to do something simple. Ask Grapple combines these interface designs to give you the best of both worlds.
